Rihanna refuses to testify against Chris:
We almost couldn't believe it when we heard that Rihanna had decided to get back with Chris Brown, but it looks as if it's definitely true. The singer has now told police that she will definitely not be pressing any charges following the alleged assault, and she is refusing to help with the investigation. A source revealed, "Rihanna says she doesn't want to testify against him. She has had a change of heart and doesn't want the case to proceed." However, LA police say they may still have a case against the rapper, even without Rihanna's testimony. They are building a case based on what Rihanna told them on the night of the alleged attack and the accounts of eyewitnesses. It's now up to the DA (District Attorney) to decide if there's enough evidence to proceed. Rihanna and Chris, meanwhile, have returned to LA together after rekindling their romance in Miami last week, but not many people are happy about it. A relative of Rihanna's, claiming to speaking for her whole family, said, "No one wants them back together. I don't want her to make a mistake." Fans are also urging the star to ditch Chris once and for all, writing on one blog, "You are supposed to be a role model!" Chris is due in court tomorrow, so we will bring you any news about the case as soon as we have it.

Shazza sued after TV attack
Sharon Osbourne is being sued by a contestant on reality TV show Rock Of Love: Charm School. Sharon, known for her fiery temper, threw a drink over model Megan Hauserman during a taping of the show, after Megan claimed she was only famous "for managing a brain dead rock star." A cat-fight ensued in which Megan alleges that Mrs O grabbed her hair, scratched and punched her, leaving her "permanently injured". Megan is seeking unspecified damages. We can't help thinking that even if she doesn't win the case, she probably quite likes all the attention...

He’s set to sell his most famous artefacts in an auction next month (singular white glove, anyone?), but now The King Of Pop is taking his actual show on the road – and will be hitting the 02 for a string of dates over the summer. Hurrah! Michael Jackson jetted into the UK yesterday ahead of an expected announcement today that he will play a £150million comeback tour – rumoured to include 30 nights at the 02. Despite being a bit hard up on the cash front of late, MJ flew into the glamorous surroundings of Luton airport on a private jet… clearly guffawing in the face of the credit crunch and er, his personal finances. Fatboy Slim heads to rehab
Fatboy Slim has checked into rehab to fight a drinking problem. The DJ – real name Norman Cook – booked himself into a clinic on Monday, with his manager Garry Blackburn confirming, "Norman's gone in voluntarily to sort out his drinking problem." Norman, who is married to Zoe Ball, has never hidden the fact he likes a drink, once saying that the only difference between himself and his alter ego Fatboy was "a bad Hawaiian shirt and a bottle of vodka." He also admitted, "Sometimes it feels a little undignified, but I never seem to get tired of getting drunk. I've tried going on stage sober and it wasn't much fun." We hope it manages to recover soon.
