Peter admits he still loves Katie:
Peter Andre has spoken for the first time about his split from Katie Price, admitting the past month has been "the worst of my life". Talking to the Mirror, Peter says he "devastated" that he and Katie could not make their marriage work, and that they even attended counselling sessions to try to sort out their problems. "No matter what happens, you never stop loving someone," Pete admits. "But it's been a month now and I know I've got to start pulling myself together." Pete goes on to say his main priority is the children, including Katie's son with Dwight Yorke, Harvey, and that he doesn't want to enter into a "public slanging match" for their sakes. "I just want us to be good parents," says Pete. The singer also this week denied reports that he was seeking a "quickie divorce", saying he didn't even know such a thing existed.

OMG! Paris shacks up with Ronaldo!
Her ex Doug Reinhardt is probably still crying into his pillow, but that hasn't stopped Paris Hilton stepping out and bagging herself a new man. The heiress was spotted "sucking the face off" footballer Cristiano Ronaldo at an LA club last night, as the striker celebrated his record-breaking transfer to Real Madrid. Paris snuggled up to Ronaldo in plain view of fellow clubbers, draping her leg over his and playfully stroking a bottle he had between his legs. Ooer! The pair, along with Paris' sister Nicky, left the club together at 2am and headed to Nicky's house. Ronaldo emerged grinning a few hours later. Friends of Paris' say she's smitten with the footie star, and she is alleged to have told them, "He's hot, a real athlete – and the chemistry between us was electric." Blimey! She didn't waste much time. Although, we do actually think these two could be perfect for each other.

Big Brother bosses face death threats
It’s a bit annoying that there’s no 24-hour live feed on Big Brother this year, but it seems some people are getting really rather irked about the whole situation. A crazed fan of the show has been sending death threats to Channel 4 chief exec Andy Duncan, threatening to kill his daughter, after the live feed was reduced to just six hours, from 11pm to 5am. Anonymous e-mails were sent to Andy, saying, “Bring back the live feed or I’ll kill your daughter.” A spokesperson for Channel 4 confirms, “Members of staff received a written threat from a member of the public. We have taken this threat seriously and the matter has been referred to the police.”

Miley gets a new man
Miley Cyrus doesn’t seem to have any problems attracting men – and has already bagged herself another boyfriend just days after splitting from Justin Gaston. And who’s the lucky bloke? Um, a bloke who used to be in early noughties band Son Of Dork (James Bourne’s post-Busted "outfit"… remember them?). Yep, Miley’s dating LA-based English fella Steve Rushton, who appeared with her in Hannah Montana: The Movie. And in keeping with her past loves, Steve’s six years older than Miley. Crikey. A source says, “He first met her on the set of the Hannah Montana film after he was asked to play lead guitar for her band. They hit it off straight away. When they have been apart they have been spending hours instant messaging each other.” The pair are reported to be “smitten”.
