Pete prepared to be friends
Peter Andre has admitted in a new interview that he hasn't ruled out a reconciliation with Katie Price, and that he thinks it would be best if the two of them can become friends.Talking on Live From Studio Five last night, Pete told Ian, Melinda and Kate, "I have said before that I reckon for the sake of your kids you will do a lot, you will compromise and do things and I think yes, there will be a point." Asked if he would make the first move to mend his friendship with Katie, Pete replied, "I’ve thought about it for the kids, but I’ve not thought about how or when, I just know that time is a healer, everybody says that, and I believe it." And Pete said that with every day that passes, he feels better about the whole situation, "Now I look at myself compared to two months ago and I’m a completely different person, I’m a lot more happy, I’m a lot more settled, I feel really positive, I mean I have my negative days but in general I’m pretty strong – and two months ago I felt very weak." However, as we all know, Katie has said today that she's angry with Pete after he denied knowing anything about her rape claim, and she's just now been talking on The Wright Stuff about it all. We'll bring you details on that shortly, but for now tell us: do you think these two will ever be friends again?
