It would be easy to assume that Cristiano Ronaldo is a bit of a ladies' man. After all, he's hot, he's a footballer, and he's already been snapped cosying up to the likes of Paris Hilton and Gemma Atkinson. However, the Real Madrid player has opened up about his love life in a new interview, and says it's often him who ends up broken-hearted. "I've received many more knocks to my legs than my heart," he told Spanish radio station Cadena Ser. "But my heart has been hurt. Women have ended relationships with me many times." Starting to feel sorry for him? We did, until he went on to add, "Luckily, I'm a winner and I've always got over it." Hmmm. Ronaldo credits his mum for helping him become the "romantic" and "sentimental" man he is today, saying, "My mum always taught me to be true to myself and not change my character for others." Ronaldo adds that he's single at the moment, and that there's definitely nothing between him and Paris Hilton. Asked about the snaps of him cuddling up to the heiress in a club this summer, Ronaldo simply replied, "Holidays are there to be enjoyed and do what I want."
