heatworld got a little bit excited this morning. Why? Because we were invited to have breakfast with the lovely Steve Jones, Miquita Oliver and Rick Edwards. The T4 presenters had invited us over to chat about their exciting Stars Of 2009 Concert. Luckily for us, though, Steve, Miquita and Rick were up for a bit of a gossip too over some croissants and tea – and revealed that they were not impressed by all the Sugababes hoo-ha. “It’s unbelievable what’s happened,” confided Miquita, “I love Keisha and think she’s amazing. And I’m intrigued to see the new line-up perform at the event.” Steve, however, was up for a more light-hearted chat. Joking about the original ‘Babes reforming, he laughed, “Maybe the original three and the new three could have a catfight. I love watching girls fight.” Rick, who was a little bit poorly (he was drinking hot tea to warm his throat, poor lamb) changed the subject though, telling us that his biggest celeb blag was that BSM kindly gave him free driving lessons. Steve however trumped him with his freebie – which was a six-year free phone contract from Vodafone. The jammy thing – such is the presenter’s life. *sigh*
