Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek is getting a divorce, it has been confirmed today. The actor, who has been married to wife Heather McComb for just under six years, filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences in LA last Friday. The couple separated five months ago, and have sadly failed to work through their problems. They didn't have any children together, and sources claim no other people are involved in the split. Poor little teary Dawson Leery (that's how we'll always think of him). This makes us do a big sadface.
