Katie Price admitted to friend Michelle Heaton that she was on the verge of "cracking up" in the I'm A Celeb... jungle, it has been revealed. Talking about her pal's treatment by the viewing and voting public, Michelle complained, "The British public are evil, they want people to fail. She feels she is being persecuted by the public." Blimey. This morning Katie thanked her supporters by leaving a message on Twitter, and added that she'd "done her best" on the show. A few days ago she sent a message to Michelle from her place in camp saying, "I'm really worried if it carries on like this, I'll end up cracking up. I'm really tired. I'm exhausted. I am doing everything I can. I have come on this show, I've bared everything and been completely myself. If that isn't going to get me any kind of acceptance then I don't know what I can do." Rumours are already circulating that she planned to leave early all along, but ITV are keeping quiet for now. Maybe Michelle will go in the jungle in her place? Or maybe Alex Reid will?
