Courtney Love has been issued with a restraining order banning her from contacting her daughter Frances Bean, it has been reported. The warring mother and daughter have been separated this week with Frances going to live with her late dad Kurt's mum Wendy and sister Kimberly - and now the authorities have ruled the former Hole singer must not attempt to contact her daughter. Meanwhile, Kurt Cobain's uncle, Charles, has admitted the family have been fighting to gain custody of Frances for years, saying, "Courtney is not fit to take care of Frances, she can barely take care of herself. Courtney wasn't doing any parenting at all, she was hiring nannies to do all of the work. This is a wonderful thing for the family. Since her now infamous Facebook rant about the situation earlier this week, Courtney hasn't spoken about the matter. We're guessing this won't last long. It does seem such a shame, doesn't it?
