X Factor reject quits fat-busting reality show
Three-time X Factor hopeful Emma Chawner has attempted to escape from the latest reality show she's taking part in, after just two days. Emma, who is 19 stone, and her 26-stone sister Sam signed up for a fat-busting reality show hosted by Lorraine Kelly, but Emma threatened to quit after she was told to start walking. Yes, walking. Experts told the girls, who are both dangerously overweight, to take 10,000 steps a day in a bid to shift some pounds but Emma didn't like the idea, telling producers, "I can't put up with it. I wanna go home." That's not the spirit, Emma. What would Simon Cowell say? Actually, we know exactly what he would say, so maybe it's best that he's still sunning himself over in Barbados...

With only a few days left now until the new and final series of Celebrity Big Brother kicks off this Sunday night (eeeeeek!), more and more celeb names are coming up as possible housemates. Yesterday Corrie actress and former Hear'Say member Kym Marsh hinted on Twitter that she might be taking part, writing that she was "taking time off" to get to grips with "reality". The comment was later taken down, fuelling speculation that she had revealed too much. heatworld had a wander around the all-new Celeb BB house just a few hours ago (we know! HOW amazing?!) and, while we're sworn to secrecy until tomorrow, we can tell you that it's going to be a VERY exciting show this year. Celebs rumoured to be taking part include Lindsay Lohan, Alex Reid, MC Hammer, Pamela Anderson, Brooke Kinsella and Kerry Katona. Who would YOU like to see in the house?
Katie Holmes wants a Tom Cruise tattoo!
Katie Holmes has clearly been spending too much time with Victoria Beckham, because she's decided she wants to get a tattoo...in tribute to Tom Cruise. The lanky ex-Dawson's Creek star was reportedly impressed by the recent tattoo Posh had done for her and husband David's 10th wedding anniversary, and now she wants something similar on her arm. Sadly, however, Tom Cruise is said to be against the idea, and is doing his best to talk Katie out of it. We never thought we'd say this, but we're with Tom on this one...
Lily Cole loses bike and Nelly's home burgled
It's been an unlucky Christmas for two poor celebs. Model Lily Cole has had her beloved bicycle stolen by thieves in Cambridge, and Nelly's home has been burgled. Lily, who is studying at University in Cambridge, said of the theft, "They took the basket off and left it on the ground. I think that was the most hurtful part of the ordeal! I bought the bike because it had a nice basket, and they just left it there." heatworld knows from personal experience that Cambridge actually has more bikes than people, so Lily really has been very unlucky. Meanwhile, Nelly is offering a reward of $10,000 to anyone with information about a recent burglary at his home in Missouri. A number of electronic items were taken, and Nelly wants whoever was responsible arrested. We hope they both have more luck in 2010.
