Cheryl Cole getting cosy with Will.i.am?
Cheryl Cole has reportedly been subjected to a lot of teasing this weekend over her friendship with the Black Eyed Peas’ Will.i.am. Chezza is currently touring with the band but behind the scenes she is allegedly spending a lot of alone time with Will.i.am, leading to the rest of the group teasing them. Will has made no secret of the fact he’s got a stonking crush on Cheryl, even saying he’d happily move to the UK if it meant he could be with her. However, the Girls Aloud star maintains they are just friends. The pair have been working on “new beats” in Will.i.am’s mobile studio – but it’s all very closed-door stuff. We think Cheryl could do a lot worse. Actually, come to think of it, she already has. We’ll be keeping a beady eye on these two…
Naomi Campbell: “Emotional disorder makes me angry”
Stroppy supermodel Naomi Campbell broke down in tears during an interview with Oprah Winfrey this weekend, admitting to the chat-show host that she has difficulty controlling her temper. She doesn’t say. Naomi sobbed as she admitted, “It comes from a deeper place, from another type of emotional disorder. I feel remorseful and ashamed.” Naomi agreed there was “no excuse” for her actions when she “saw red” and told Oprah, “I’m striving to be a better person.” We still wouldn’t stick out our tongues at her, just in case…
Busted to reform using reality TV show?
Busted could reform after all without the help of former member Charlie Simpson, it has been reported today. James Bourne and Matt Willis are so determined to get the band back on track that they’ve come up with a plan to audition for a new third member through a TV show. Charlie Simpson has made it very clear that nothing will persuade him to leave his band Fightstar, so Matt and James have had no choice but to try another route. One source said of the plan, “It will be a documentary following them up and down the UK in their search for a third man. The series will then climax with a live arena event, which fans will be able to buy tickets for.” Does this news excite you, or should Busted just accept the fact they’re, um, Busted?
Lord Alan Sugar made Junior Apprentices cry
If you thought the Sugary Lord was going to go easy on his new batch of teenage Apprentices then you were most definitely mistaken. The new series of The Junior Apprentice kicks off next Wednesday (12 May) and features a group of 16-17 year olds – but Lord Alan is not taking their age into consideration in the boardroom. One insider reveals, “He was never going to be easy on them – and they wouldn’t have wanted him to.” The show promises some “real characters” and it’s also the first time we’ll get to see new panellist Karen Brady in action since she took over from our beloved Margaret. The winner of the show will scoop £25,000. We’re so excited about it starting that we may even eat heatgeek!
