Nick Cannon tweets about Mariah pregnancy rumours
We really want the Mariah Carey pregnancy rumours to be true (can you imagine the outfits that Maz would dress her kid in?), but it looks like we’ll be waiting a while for confirmation. Husband Nick Cannon has taken to Twitter to stop the speculation, “If and when my wife is ready to make ANY announcements about private matters she will do it personally. My heart goes out to any woman who has to deal with public scrutiny and speculation pertaining to their private life.” Oh come on Nick, that’s no fun – we neeeed to know if there a mini Mariah on the way.
Gary Coleman was divorced from wife when he died
Fresh details surrounding the tragic death of TV star Gary Coleman are emerging from the US. His lawyer has now stated that Coleman was not legally married to Shannon Price when she presented herself to medical staff as the star’s wife. Says attorney Randy Keester, “I can confirm they've been divorced since August 12 2008," he then goes on to say, “Some people in the public [eye] are raising issues whether she had authority to do that and if she has authority to be making funeral arrangements, and exactly where she fits into his estate - I think there's going to be some developing controversy about some issues of authority." We just think the whole situation is very sad indeed.
Sienna Miler gushes about her charity work
When a large portion of the gossip-loving population dislike you because of your husband stealing ways, you’ve got to do something to get some positive PR. Sienna Miller has been gushing about how much she loves doing charity work, even going so far as to claim that her humanitarian work is better than acting, “There’s something great about theatre with the live nature of it. There’s something very exciting about the adrenaline rush. Film is extremely challenging but there’s something more deeply satisfying about humanitarian work.” Something tells us Sienna won’t be swapping her Hollywood career for a life spent volunteering down her local Oxfam shop any time soon.
Kate Moss and Pete Doherty share plane to Ibiza
It’s always awkward bumping into an ex, so we’re feeling for Kate Moss, who was stuck on plane with former flame Pete Doherty earlier this week. The ex lovers were on the same flight from Gatwick to Ibiza, and on-lookers claim that they weren’t happy to see each other, ‘"Lila was excited because she hadn't seen Pete for ages. She was calling her mum over but Kate and Pete stayed in their seats and just acknowledged each other. They both looked extremely uncomfortable and spent the whole flight trying not to catch each other's eyes. When the flight landed Kate was ushered off and they did not speak." If we were Kate, we’d want to avoid Pete too - sometimes we can’t believe that they actually ever dated!
