There have been rumblings that Heidi and Spencer’s recent separation was merely a stunt to help them remain famous, but now it seems as if Heidi, at least, is taking the whole thing very seriously. The reality star has filed for legal separation from her husband Spencer Pratt and removed her wedding ring. While it’s not an actual divorce, it does mean that anything Heidi earns from this date forward will belong to her and her alone. Seeing as how she’s got a new TV show and movie in the pipeline, we can see why she’s taken this step. After all, offers of work aren’t exactly piling up for Spencer.
