Eminem has admitted he was just hours from death at the height of his drug addictions, and says that it was his fear of appearing weak that caused him to get hooked in the first place. "It took me a while to actually admit that I had a problem," the rapper told CNN. "In the hip-hop world that I live in, it can be mistaken for weakness and the last thing you want to do in hip-hop is admit that you're weak. But if I didn't admit I was weak with this certain thing I was going to die, [I was] certainly a couple of hours away from death and I'd overdosed." Eminem managed to get into rehab in time, but it wasn't an easy process. "I had to admit that I had a problem. I had to be ready for myself," he explained. "You have to do it for yourself, you can't do it for other people." We love that Eminem is back in the charts and doing well. We're still not over that 8 Mile crush we developed all those years ago...
