Twilight star Robert Pattinson has been named as one of the most powerful celebs in the world after making it onto the Forbes list for the very first time. R-Pattz was placed at Number 50 on the Celebrity 100 Power List after making an estimated £11million in the past year. Simon Cowell is still way ahead of him, though, ranking right up at Number 11. US chat-show legend Oprah Winfrey is still at the very top while Lady Gaga is the highest-ranked newcomer coming in at Number 4. R-Pattz ranked well ahead of Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, who was placed at Number 82 - but he couldn't beat David Beckham who is sitting comfortably at Number 36. We're hoping to make it onto the list next year. Ahem.
Ronan Keating's wife goes to visit him in Australia
Ronan Keating's wife Yvonne has calmed down enough to make the trip over to Australia to visit her cheating husband this week. Yvonne flew over to Sydney - where Ronan is based for three months while he judges the Australian version of The X Factor - with the couple's three children. Friends of the couple say the trip is "a good sign" and may mean that Yvonne is beginning to forgive Ronan for having a fling with one of his backing dancers. We don't know if we could be so kind...

Sandra Bullock is officially a single woman again after her divorce from serial cheater Jesse James was confirmed yesterday. The actress filed for divorce after Jesse admitted sleeping with Michelle McGee behind her back, and it has since emerged that the pair had just adoped a baby son. Jesse went on TV to apologise for what he'd done to Sandra, and recently there were reports he was trying to win back his famous ex by moving to Texas to be near her. Looks as if his efforts have fallen flat, doesn't it? Good.

Entries to the competition are currently being short-listed down to just 12 films. We wonder if Brian's effort will be one of them? Stranger things have happened.
