From what we can see on Twitter and here on heatworld, Mel Gibson has become the universally most-hated man on the planet over the past few days. Tapes said to be of the Braveheart star ranting at his ex Oksana and threatening to hit her with a bat have now been heard by just about everyone - and we're all disgusted. Well, almost all of us. It appears Mel still has at least one friend left (other than his lawyer, who he pays). Whoopi Goldberg is refusing to believe her mate Mel would be racist in any form - and has been sticking up for him on US chat show The View, saying, " I know Mel - and I know he's not a racist." Still, even she admits he must be a total "bone-head" for making these new threats. Have a watch and tell us what you think.
