There's nothing like getting naked to highlight a good cause, and that's exactly what the male half of Same Difference has done for Testicular Cancer Awareness Campaign CHECKUM. Their Famousmales campaign has already seen the likes of Big Brother's Dale Howard and Adam Rickitt drop their kecks, and now Sean Smith has joined in. Looks like he had a trim for the occasion, too! Same Difference are releasing a new single at the end of the month. They should SO use this photo as the cover art.
