Model Abbey Clancy WILL stay with Peter Crouch despite the fact he cheated on her with a prostitute, friends have claimed. Abbey has spent the past two days having a heart-to-heart with her mum Karen over in Majorca, and pals say she's decided that she loves Peter enough to give him another chance. "Her head is saying leave him but in her heart she wants to stay with him," explained one friend, adding that Peter should feel like the "luckiest man on the planet". Abbey will return to the UK on Sunday, when it's thought she and Peter will meet up to discuss their future. We imagine it will involve a very very short leash.
Robbie proposed to Ayda using playing cards
Robbie Williams has revealed he proposed to new wife Ayda Field using a pack of playing cards. The singer has always been into mysticism and the inner workings of the universe, so he took the fact that he kept dealing the Queen of Hearts as a sign that he'd found the right girl. "It filled my heart and made me stop worrying about whether I was with the right person," he said. Robbie wrote the message "Will you marry me?" across the back of four Queens from one pack and handed them to Ayda. He then got down on one knee and she immediately said yes. Ricky Whittle cleared of dangerous driving
Former Hollyoaks actor and heat Torso favourite Ricky Whittle walked free from court yesterday after being cleared of dangerous driving. Ricky described the experience as "nine months of hell" and admitted he was "delighted" with the jury's decision. Photographer Stephen Farrell had claimed Ricky drove into him deliberately following a party in Liverpool late last year, but the actor had always maintained it was an accident.
Britney to be handled with care on Glee
Britney Spears' upcoming cameo on Glee will see her being handled very very carefully, with no mention of any troubles from her private life. The show's boss Ryan Murphy insists the special show will focus on Britney's music as opposed to any element of her very public breakdown. The star's "people" want her handled with kid gloves while on set, which isn't a problem for Glee's boss. "I really admire what she's done with her life and how she's turned things around," he gushed. We think it has potential to be one of the best Glee episodes ever!
