A Pennsylvanian prison inmate is attempting to sue the Kardashians for inflicting him with “extreme emotional stress”. Despite never having met them. D.J Goodson (nice name) claims that prolonged exposure to Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami on prison television left him feeling emotionally scarred.
In the lawsuit filed in federal court, Goodson claimed that being forced to watch the “outrageous” Kardashians on a regular basis almost broke his spirit completely. Scenes which upset him particularly include: Kim fighting in a celebrity boxing match and Kourtney “ranting like an insane person”.
D.J. is seeking $75,000 in damages. If he were to win would it provide the catalyst for thousands more poor fools, mentally-damaged from having watched too much MTV, to come forward? In fact can anyone say their brains haven’t been slightly destroyed by Spencer Pratt, Snooki, Ashley Simpson and the rest? Let’s get paid, people.
