The eccentric singer was hand-picked to grace the cover of this month's V Magazine, alongside designer Marc Jacobs. Mega-famous snapper Mario Testino did the shoot and the mag's Editor couldn't be happier with the results. "Just as the Statue of Liberty was France’s gift to America, Gaga is, to us, New York’s greatest gift to pop culture and fashion…she has become a bonafide genius and we can safely declare her our muse," he gushed.
