Lindsay Lohan blames bad crowd for her problem
Either Lindsay Lohan is one of the unluckiest girls on the planet, or she's being a teensy bit industrious with the facts of her meltdown. In a new interview in Vanity Fair, the recently-released-from-jail starlet says all she's done wrong in her life is fall in with the wrong crowd - and that she's willing to do whatever it takes to get back on track. Oh, and there's also quite a bit of moaning in there about her dad, but we can totally sympathise with that part. "I’ve never abused prescription drugs. I never have, never in my life. I have no desire to," she says. "That’s not who I am. I’ve admitted to the things that I’ve done - to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things - ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, OK, ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it. A lot of people were pulling from me, taking from me and not giving. I had a lot of people that were there for me for, you know, the party." Good thing those same people didn't tell you to jump off a cliff, eh Linds? She then told Vanity Fair, "I don’t care what anyone says. I know that I’m a damn good actress! I want my career back. I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it." Stern words indeed, but does she mean them? Paris Hilton facing ban from Vegas clubs?!
What do you know? There is something worse than being investigated by the police on a charge of carrying cocaine - being banned from Vegas nightclubs because of it! We all know that aside from all her many many endorsed products, Paris makes the bulk of her income from turning up at clubs and having her photo taken. In Vegas, however, industry experts have warned the offers may dry up now that she's been associated with cocaine. "People might assume that she's going to the club either to use coke or she's already on coke, and no club wants to be associated with that," the source explained. But that will - gasp! - mean the end of life as she knows it, surely?!

Christine Bleakley has finally admitted what we've all known to be true for months...she is in fact in love with Adrian Chiles. The new Daybreak presenter (we're still deciding what we think of the name Daybreak) has admitted that she did leave The One Show because she missed her co-host Adrian, and that life was just not the same without him. "The first day he left I thought, 'I've lost my right arm here and this is just strange,'" she said. "Suddenly everything I knew and loved changed overnight." Awww, and stuff. Are you looking forward to Adrian and Christine taking over from Monday?
Amy Winehouse lets Pete Doherty move in. Oh dear...
We still have nightmares when we remember that video of Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty holding those tiny mice up to the camera with their filthy fingernails of full display - and now we fear even worse things may emerge. Wino has only gone and let Pete move into the spare room at her Camden home. The pair have been spending time together again since Pete got back together with his band The Libertines, and Amy was more than happy to oblige when he asked for a place to crash. Surely it's not the best idea in the world...? We can only close our eyes and pray for the best.
