Has Paris Hilton just been busted telling one of the biggest porkies of the year? It appears she might. When the heiress was arrested in Vegas recently after some cocaine fell out of a purse she was carrying, she immediately denied the bag was hers, saying it was far too "cheap" for her tastes. Er...too cheap? Let's not discuss the sex tape then, shall we? Anyway, what Paris had forgotten is that she posted a photo of the very same purse thought to be the one from that night on Twitter a few weeks ago. Showing off doesn't pay, Paris. So if the bag really was hers it's not looking too good, is it Paris? Dear oh dear...

After months of rumours about who will be taking the coveted seat from Simon Cowell on the American Idol judging panel, it appears the person closest to signing on the dotted line is Jennifer Lopez. Yep, she of the famous booty is reportedly poised to become the new Cowell, despite reports that her diva demands had become too ridiculous. Not literally! That would just be obscene. Nope, the DJ slash producer laughed off their entire relationship in an interview with Esquire this week, saying of the short-lived union: "I look back on it and think, 'God, did I really just step into the cliché like that?'" Ouch! A cliché? That's a bit harsh. Still, with her legs and lips wrapped around Matt "Doctor Who" Smith most of the time these days, we're guessing Daisy couldn't care less what her ex thinks. And quite right, too!
New book claims John Travolta "had sex with men"
A new book by Robert Randolph is claiming to lift the lid on a number of Hollywood celebrities who have yet to come out of the closet - and John Travolta is one of them. The book, brilliantly entitled You'll Never Spa in This Town Again, claims that the Pulp Fiction actor is "totally into guys and has been having sex with them behind Kelly's back for years". Robert also writes, "He [John] blatantly cruises guys, and doesn't seem to care who sees him. I saw him with his lover and he couldn't get enough. John should come out of the closet already and stop living a lie." John Travolta has yet to make a comment.
