Rihanna decided to dye her hair red because she is wearing less ‘edgy’ clothes
The Rude Boy singer - who is famed for her flesh-flashing outfits - has decided to tone down her fashion choices but still wanted to do something exciting with her look.
She said: "With my hair I was ready for something new, something loud, something expressive and something fun. I'd had blonde hair and it was so boring for me. Black is still my favourite colour, but this time I wanted something edgier because I don't like the edgy clothes any more. I guess I had to take the edge to somewhere else - my hair!"
Frumpy clothes mean you have to wear exciting hair? They should make that a law, and force bankers and politicians add a bit of Riri into their look.
We still suspect that she, like Cheryl Cole was inspired by Amy Child from The Only Way is Essex. Anyone who thinks different can just shut uuup.
Foster & Allen go to war with Take That!
Irish wrinklies, Foster & Allen, have set a few pace-makers on the blink this morning with the news that they’ll be releasing their CD and DVD Magic Moments, this coming Monday. It’s the same day Take That, back with Robbie Williams, release Progress, and it’s sure to light up the charts, with the silver pound going head-to-head with the younger generation’s online downloads…
“We're the Take That of folk and confident of winning. We've got LOUIS WALSH, WESTLIFE, BOYZONE and the whole of Ireland on our side,” claims coffin-dodging folkster Tony Allen. "Plus we're playing tracks to 40,000 people at Aston Villa v Man United on Saturday.” Now that’s fightin’ talk..!
Britt Ekland expects to be the 'dictator' of the group in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here
The former Bond girl - who is to be joined on the show by an eclectic mix of stars, including Olympic gold medallist Linford Christie, X Factor finalist Stacey Solomon and politician Lembit Opik - has revealed she plans to be upfront with her fellow contestants when they are annoying her.
She explained: "Being an actress and having had children, life has to be immensely organised. I am used to being in charge. I am a little bit of a dictator.
"If someone is being annoying, I will try to explain to him or her that it is not appropriate behaviour. I am actually hoping the jungle will teach me to let go. I am the type who needs to be in control."
Dictator? Sounds like more of a dinner lady
