X Factor judge, and some time Girls Aloud singer, Cheryl Cole has been linked with quite a few hotties since she split with her love rat husband Ashley Cole, but last night she confessed to Alan Carr that she’s still very much single, insisting that, “I’ve had no time. A lady doesn’t talk about these things.”
Earlier this week we reported on rumours that Cheryl Cole and 50 Cent may have been hooking up in secret over the past few months, but the more intense speculation has always surrounded the relationship that she has with her American dance pal, 25-year-old Derek Hough. The are they / aren’t they questions are unlikely to go away though, no matter how many times Cheryl denies that there’s anything going on.
So does her self-declared single status mean that she’s hoping Santa brings her a hunky new fella to cuddle up to this Christmas? Oh no… “I want a puppy for Christmas,” says Cheryl, “A big dog you can roll around with.”
But where would he stay? Surely, Ashley Cole is still in the dog house?
