Does Shayne Ward only have one more chance to be a star?
The former X Factor winner reportedly has one final shot to make it as a real pop star before he is ditched. Pretty boy Shayne’s latest single didn’t make it into the top 40 last night, putting his pop career in jeopardy.
Cowell’s team denied claims that Shayne has already been axed and have insisted they will stand by him for one more single, Obsession which is out in the New Year. That sounds a bit ominous to us. The record company will stand by his next single, but what about the one after that?

Elizabeth Hurley confirms marriage is over
The Austin Powers actor verified rumours that she was having an affair with Shayne Warne by tweeting about it.
She said: “Not a great day, For the record, my husband Arun & I separated a few months ago. Our close family & friends were aware of this.”
Photos were published on Sunday showing Liz Hurley in various hotels with Shayne Warne with allegations that they had spent several weekends together.
When we first heard the news we thought it was Shayne Ward she was having an affair with, which perhaps would have helped him sell a few more records.
David Hasselhoff’s show is cancelled
The Baywatch star’s reality show The Hasselhoffs has been cancelled after only two episodes due to poor viewing figures.
718k people tuned into the first episode of the show but the figures dropped to just over 500k by the second show which caused it to be axed.
The show followed the Hasselhoff family as David tried to promote the music of his two daughters Taylor-Ann and Haley as well as dealing with their daily life. Ten episodes were shot including one where the family dog is treated for an addiction to tennis balls but sadly the remaining eight episodes will never be seen.
So we will never find out if tennis ball addiction is a serious problem for dogs and if there is a cure.
