The Big Brother 8 star has now undergone drastic surgery – having procedures including a breast enlargement and liposuction on her thighs and arms.
“I’m much happier now,” Chanelle tells Closer. “I wouldn’t say I’m 100 per cent happy but I’m more comfortable. I don’t feel like a big fat beast. So it’s a new year, new hair, new body – new, new, new!”
The 23-year-old reality star had dropped from a size 12-14 to 8-10 in the months following Blakely’s birth after overhauling her diet, swapping her favourite scones with jam and fast food for healthy, low-fat meals.
In mid-November, 5ft 2 Chanelle checked into a clinic in Belgium arranged by New-U-New-Me for the double op, which at £4,500 was around half the cost of the same procedure in the UK. She was excited about the three-hour surgery and planned to take her breasts from a 34B to a C or D cup.
“I went to 34F!” she says proudly. “My surgeon Dr Robin Van Look showed me pictures of sizes and I just thought, ‘I want those,’ for an hourglass figure. I love them! I give ’em a squeeze every morning!”
At the same time, she had lipo on her thighs and arms, in a bid to regain her size 6 figure. A whopping 3.5 litres of fat was drained from Chanelle’s body in total, the equivalent of eight inches. “It would have been dangerous to take any more,” Chanelle enthuses. “But I’ve nearly got the arms that I want. I’m exercising now using a Shake Weight, which is like a vibrating weight, it’s great.”
Chanelle spent five days recuperating at a hotel, while her mum Christine looked after 
Blakely. “It wasn’t too painful,” she says, “I had lots of bruising and that was tender to touch, but it cleared up in two weeks and here I am, with my new body! I want to maintain my new body with a healthy lifestyle,” she says. “I’m also training for a half-marathon in September.”
This is Chanelle's second round of liposuction – in March 2008 she had 2 litres of fat removed from her legs and tummy – and she’s only just turned 23. She hesitates, before saying: “I don’t know, maybe I’ll get fat again and have to have more surgery. I don’t know.”
