Ant and Dec win tenth NTA Award in a row
Ant and Dec scooped the Most Popular Entertainment Presenters award at last night’s National Television Awards for the tenth year in a row. Wow! The Geordie duo couldn’t attend the red carpet event because of filming commitments on Britain’s Got Talent, but in a video link Ant said of their win, “We are so sorry we’re in Cardiff, this means so much to us. Ten years in a row Declan. Ten years. We are so happy.” We imagine the boys celebrated their victory with a bottle or two of Newcastle Brown Ale. Do you think Ant and Dec deserved to win Most Popular Entertainment Presenters (answer: er, of bloody course they did!).
PS: We’ll give you a full round up of all the NTA news later this morning
Nadine Coyle plans £2m double wedding
If we had a spare £2million (sigh, we can but dream) to spend on a wedding we’d probably plan a lavish do beyond all our wildest dreams, which is exactly what Nadine Coyle is doing. The Girls Aloud singer is reportedly shelling out £2million for not one, but two weddings to her American fiance Jason Bell; one with some guaranteed sunshine at Shutters hotel in Malibu, and a traditional Irish do in her native land. If you had that much cash to splash what sort of wedding would you organise?
Taylor Momsen: “I probably am a bad influence”
Taylor Momesen has admitted that she’s a bad influence for her young fans, “I probably am a bad influence. The other day, this reporter brought his 12-year-old daughter to an interview. She was looking at me open-mouthed, like: 'I want stripper shoes, Daddy!' He hated me! But I'm not saying, 'Be like me.' I hope girls read what I say in interviews - they should just be themselves. They wouldn't want to be like me. I'm crazy. I'm fucking out of my mind. I've been told I was out of my mind since I was 11." What do you think, is Taylor really a bad influence or does she just wish she was?
