The petite Desperate Housewives star seemed to have one of the loveliest marriages in Hollywood. That dream has finally come to a definite end after Parker's lawyers filed the divorce papers last Friday in Texas.
A friend of Eva's told In Touch Weekly, "The divorce papers will come through today [Friday], she is happy and moving forward in her life."
After seven years of seemingly happy wedded bliss, Eva Longoria made the shock announcement last November that she would be filing for divorce from her husband Tony Parker citing "irreconcilable differences" as the cause.
Irreconcilable differences? Those would be the reported text messages Eva found on her hubby's phone then. Tony Parker had reportedly been sending inappropriate text messages to the wife of one of his team mates. Naughty.
Well, now lovely Longoria is free of pesky Parker. Free to get out there and have some fun again. She sure deserves to after the past few months she's been through. Even her restaurant, Beso, has been giving her grief. Longoria recently had to file for bankruptcy because the eatery has accumulated so much debt.
Thank goodness for a certain Eduardo Cruz, the handsome gent who has been spending time with Eva recently. He's Penelope's brother, btw.
