Several sources in the US report that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are divorcing – with Ashlee apparently citing irreconcilable differences as a cause for the split.
Pete and Ashlee have been married for nearly three years, and have a two-year-old son Bronx. It’s thought that Ahslee is requesting both joint legal custody of Bronx as well as primary physical custody. The pair did not sign a prenup before tying the knot, and Ashlee is asking for spousal and child support from her rock star ex.
