Lady Gaga uses her own blood to make perfume
Er, morning. Hope you’ve already swallowed your breakfast because this headline is for real. Lady Gaga has revealed (to an Aussie radio station no less) that a sample of her own blood has been used in her perfume. Yeah.
The rather gaga, er, Gaga admitted that finding the right scent also had her ‘examining semen’ for research purposes, but she promises that fans won’t smell bad when they wear the perfume – which is due the hit the shops next year.
"You just get the after-feeling of sex from the semen and then the blood is sort of primal,” she explained (probably to a gobsmacked DJ). “It was taken out of my own blood sample, so it's a sense of having me on your skin."
Oh good and here we were worrying she'd go too floral with her scent. Looks like we all have bigger problems now.
Dianna Agron ‘terrified’ of Alex Pettyfer?
Wow, this is a bit much for a Wednesday morning. Reports from the US suggest Glee beauty Dianna Agron is having to stay in a hotel under an assumed name because she’s ‘terrified’ of ex Alex Pettyfer finding her.
The 24-year-old starlet split from the actor after nearly a year together. But sources have told US Weekly that the pretty actress is scared because Alex has ‘absolutely lost it’ and threatened Dianna over the phone.
Just last week Alex was spotted getting into a 'heated conversation' with another actor, Sebastian Stan, at a West Hollywood club – and was overheard by onlookers accusing Sebastian for getting it on with Dianna.
Crikey, we really hope that’s an exaggerated rumour. We were starting to really like Mr Pettyfer.
Dappy ‘not happy’ about The Brits
True fact, Dappy of N-Dubz is seriously unimpressed by his band’s lack of Brits success. The threesome (no sniggering in the back) who are currently planning how to break into the US music market weren’t nominated this year - meaning the Dapster has had to hit back at the Brits bods and their impression of success.
"I think the Brit Awards see success in number one singles,” he said. "You get two number ones and you get quick status. They don't see album sales as a big thing and that's what N-Dubz are about.”
He’s right, that is what N-Dubz are about and no one can argue with their album success but we’re not entirely sure if that’s why they weren’t nominated. Still a rather narked Dappy continued, “No one can beat our album sales. That's why the Brits can do what they want. We've sold more albums than half of the nominees.”
Well, now’s your chance to tell it to America Dappy. Maybe they'll listen in time for The Grammy's next year.
