Who knew it was possible to sexify a Nintendo Wii? Not us, but It seems Serena Williams has managed just that in this ad for new Wii game Top Spin 4. Admittedly, we are not exactly into tennis per se, but seriously, take a look at this!
We can just imagine the board meeting before the ad was sent out. Lots of in motion bum close ups? Check. Gratuitous rude noises disguised as sporty vigour? Check. Outfits that Rihanna would even say no to? Check again. All while using the convenient guise of tennis, very clever indeed.
But surely playing tennis in a thong can’t be overly comfortable?
Well, it seems the folks over in America agree and have banned the ad from being shown, possibly for Serena’s health and safety, which is a shame as our boyfriends have already pre-ordered off Amazon. The makers of the game have issued the following statement:
‘As part of the process for creating marketing campaigns to support our titles, we pursue a variety of creative avenues. This video is not part of the title's final marketing campaign and its distribution was unauthorized,’
