If you’re a Hollywood hot shot and have the whole world at your disposal, who would you call to give you a few pointers in the kitchen? Some top notch chef from a well-known restaurant perhaps or maybe you would pay a local food wizard to give you private lessons. You could even ask a family member.
But that’s not quite the avenue Brad Pitt has gone down. Instead, the actor has called upon the services of Jamie Oliver to teach him what’s what in the kitchen. In the Jolie-Pitt kitchen, no less.
A source revealed, “[Jamie’s] been in LA working on a TV show and Brad begged him to teach him how to cook. Neither he nor Angie have a clue in the kitchen. The only thing they can manage is pouring milk on Cheerios cereal. They don't even know how to operate the oven. They've always just relied on their staff to cook for them or they've gone to restaurants or got takeaways."
Shocker, a Hollywood star who relies on staff to help. Well, it seems Brad’s decided now is the time to shake this tradition and get to grips with a pan and hob. Especially as the source admitted, “When their chef is off work they've ended up at McDonald's drive-throughs." Whoops – we can’t imagine Jamie ‘Dream School’ Oliver would be too happy with that! No wonder he’s agreed to lend a hand.
