What’s a girl to do when her life’s a bit complicated? Go on holiday with a girlie mate of course.
After all the drama in her work and personal life, Cheryl Cole has jetted off to Los Angeles her official rep has confirmed, saying in a statement, “Cheryl is taking some time out as she said on her website last month.”
Cheryl has been joined by her Girls Aloud BFF Kimberley Walsh, and the two have been seen walking through LAX airport holding hands.
So what will Cheryl get up to during her LA trip?As well as shopping and gossiping with Kimberley, sources say that Cheryl will visit her old WAG palVictoria Beckham once she has given birth to her daughter (which is of course supposed to be happening today!). “Victoria has been a fantastic support for Cheryl over the past few months,” a source has told The Mirror,” “[she] let her know she was there if she ever needed a shoulder to cry on. Now Cheryl has been invited to the Beckhams' place to meet the new arrival and to have a good old gossip.”
Of course Cheryl is reportedly feeling broody at the moment, and is desperate to start a family with her ex-husband (although they won’t be exes for long!), we imagine a trip to see Posh’s new baby will make the Girls Aloud star’s biological clock tick even faster.
