Yes, it's true, and here's the actual picture, giving you too the chance to squint, believe it's one of the hotpant-friendly Transylvanian singers, look again and realise it's the hard-partying one from Girls Aloud.
And perhaps she's partied just a little too hard in 'Beeefa this time as she's come back with a puffy face, Ronseal tan, super-skinny bod and a pret-ty, pret-ty severe brunette crop.
Sarah was taking part in the Chris Moyles Quiz Night show, which is on tonight, so you'll have to tune in to see if she goes the whole hog and busts out a remix of Touch My Bum. Which would obviously be amazing.
