Reg Traviss: Amy had been full of life

 

Amy Winehouse’s boyfriend Reg Traviss has finally broken his silence on the singer’s tragic death. The 35-year-old film director had been dating Amy for two years, and is clearly distraught by the loss, “The last three days have been hell. We have suffered a terrible untimely loss and want peace now,” he told The Sun.

"I can't describe what I am going through and I want to thank so much all of the people who have paid their respects and who are mourning the loss of Amy, such a beautiful, brilliant person and my dear love. I have lost my darling who I loved very much."

“She has been full of life and so upbeat recently, exercising every day and doing yoga. This terrible thing that happened is like an accident."

A post-mortem carried out yesterday proved to be inconclusive, and it will be weeks before a toxicology report is processed. A source claims that the Winehouse family are certain Amy died from heart failure or a seizure, "Amy's family are expecting the outcome to be a heart attack or seizure and will be really shocked if it's not. They staunchly believe it had nothing at all to do with recent drug binges. In the end it was her booze addiction that killed her.”

A funeral for the tragic star will be held later today in north London.

David Beckham, over protective father

 

His daughter Harper Seven is only a little over two weeks old, but already David Beckham is thinking about protecting his precious only daughter when she grows up.

Becks said “All I need now is shotgun,” when a journalist from The Guardian asked if Harper would one day become part of the Los Angeles A-list crowd.

Between David’s (we hope metaphorical) shotgun and her three older brothers Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, poor Harper is never going to have any fun when she gets older.
 

Mariah Carey not a fan of being pregnant

 

Mariah Carey has revealed that she didn’t much enjoy the experience of being pregnant with her twins Moroccan and Monroe, calling pregnancy “a difficult time.”

The pop diva admitted during an interview on the Home Shopping Network (seriously), “[Being] pregnant with twins is different than anything... They were always saying to me, 'Oh but it's so worth it,' and I'm like, 'Yeah, that's easy for you to say when you're not the one whose feet are [so] big.' It turned into a really difficult time. My body went through so much, holding those twins in, and you have to keep them in for as long as possible, because it's a sacrifice that you make for them."

But it is all worth it the end though, right? Errr, Mariah?
