Bear Grylls has a new show out where he does macho things in scary places. Even better, it’s got Jake Gyllenhaal in it. Yes, the A-list movie star Jake Gyllenhaal.
In this clip Jake and Bear are trying to climb along a rope between two mountains. Jake is understandably nervous but Bear is there to give him little pep talks.
It makes us wish that Bear could come into our work and give us a little motivational speech during the tough times like when someone else uses up the last of the milk in the office kitchen.
Everyone wants a piece of Adele, and even though she isn’t allowed to sing at the moment the producers of The Voice (a show like the X Factor but based only on how the contestants sound) want her to be a judge.
A source told The Mirror, "Adele's success is all down to her incredible voice and, in this way, embodies all that The Voice represents. She is honest, funny and loved by millions of people of all ages. She really has 'The Voice' that can sell albums around the world so she knows what to look for."
What do you think? Would Adele be a good judge or should she stay away from reality TV shows?
Lady Gaga is hooked on The Antiques Roadshow. Yes, the most shocking lady in pop music is addicted to the least shocking show on Sunday afternoon telly.
A source told The Sun, "Lady Gaga is really into her antiques so British pals thought she might be interested in the programme. It went down a storm and Gaga hasn't stopped watching the DVDs. She loves how the old people think their antique is a bit of tat but ends up costing thousands. It's right up her street."
We are wondering if other superstars are going to reveal their secret daytime telly passions. Perhaps Rihanna loves Midsomer Murders or Britney Spears is secretly passionate about Cash In The Attic? Tom Cruise definitely looks like the sort of person who likes Countryfile.
