There must be something in water - a day doesn’t seem to go by without there being some new baby news.
The latest couple to make us go “awwww” and feel a teeny bit broody are Westlife singer Kian Egan and his wife Jodi Albert.
Kian announced the happy news today via Twitter, “Myself and my wife @JodiWonderland are delighted to say we are expecting our first baby! We are so happy and cannot wait to be parents x”
While Jodie simultaneously wrote on the micro-blogging site, “Myself and my husband @KianEganWL are delighted to say that we are expecting our first baby! We are so happy and cannot wait to be parents x”
We’re not sure who copy and pasted the other’s message. But still, a big congratulations to them both.
Former Hollyoaks actress Jodi, 28, and singer Kian married in May 2009 at Turtle Beach in the Caribbean after a five-year courtship. (Courtship? Why are we talking like our dad?)
So Kian and Jodi have been working on more than just girl band Wonderland together then? The girl group were formed by Louis Walsh and Kian, but it looks like Jodi and Kian had their own little side project going on as well. Nice one, guys.
