Prepare yourself for a pop war! BBC bosses are now after Charlotte Church to be a judge on the UK version of The Voice and if Charlotte takes the job Cheryl won’t appear.
A show source said to The Sun: "Cheryl won't be pleased to learn that Charlotte is up for The Voice. She's keen on doing it as it will be a sensational return to UK telly after her humiliation on the X Factor.
"But there's way too much bad blood between her and Charlotte, they'd just end up arguing all the time."
That sounds like excellent telly to us, especially given the previous troubles between Cheryl and Charlotte.
In 2005 Cheryl accused Charlotte of stealing Girls Aloud’s style for her debut album.
Charlotte replied to this claim calling Cheryl a cow and she described Girls Aloud as "five dogs without balls".
Cheryl was having none of that and hit back with: "I don't know who she and her scabby boyfriend think they are. He's a posing idiot who looks like a girl. And she's not even gorgeous. She's a nasty little piece of work with a fat head."
Ouch! With zingers like that we’d love to see Cheryl and Charlotte on our TVs together on a Saturday night. Dear BBC, please make this happen.
