Amanda Seyfried is adored by millions, but it seems the pressure of all that admiration has mounted on top of her, causing her to seek help from a therapist.
Speaking to Glamour magazine, Amanda said, “Therapy has been such a great tool, and my therapist told me that I passed with flying colours, but we'll see how things go. I still do get terribly nervous, and that's partly due to the fact I think too much and overanalyze things. I'll start worrying about my parents or my dog, and I'll picture him opening the window of my apartment and falling out, even though I can't get that thing open myself.”
The actress also opened up about her ex-boyfriends Dominic Cooper and Ryan Phillippe, saying, “Dominic and I were together for such a long time, so the coverage was always positive. But when you've just started seeing someone and that person is really famous, it's more of a story. When I was with Ryan, people followed me so much more, and that's probably one of the reasons that I'm not looking to date someone who's famous now.”
Amanda and Dominic have clearly managed to maintain a close relationship despite breaking up, as she added, “Dom is my favourite person in the whole world and one of my closest friends. I wouldn't ever want us to stop being open with each other. If you truly love someone, I think you should be able to tell them everything.”
Why aren’t they still together?!
