Has Glee’s Cory Monteith been moaning?

Has Glee’s Cory Monteith been moaning?

We’ve all been waiting months for the new series of Glee to hit our screens and getting excited as the cast share exciting tweets about all the fun they’re having on set. But it sounds as though the bosses of the show might be working Cory Monteith a little too hard, as he has complained at being too overworked and underpaid…

A source told The New York Post, “Cory was the show's golden boy but has most recently been the most vocal member of the cast complaining. He feels they are being overworked. They were filming and toured without any time to recover.”

Apparently Cory feels that the success of the show is largely down to the cast and so it’s only fair that they all share in it’s profits. The source said, “He's become a de facto leader complaining to Ryan Murphy (for the cast), who they feel should give them a bigger share of the show's success. But Ryan thinks Cory is causing trouble.”

Cory’s representatives have been quick to jump to the actors defense and deny the source’s claims, saying, “For the record, (this) is completely fabricated, I would imagine the result of lingering rumours from last month but not based in truth whatsoever. Cory is back on set and very happy to be there.” Phew!

The new series of Glee will be shown on Sky 1 on Thursday 22nd September at 9pm.
