Well, they say it’s the place where dreams come true (well, we say it is anyway) and it seems if you’re one of Ryan Gosling’s potential suitors, your dream, could really be coming true at Disneyland California. The actor is said to have taken actress Eva Mendes, who he’s currently dating, to the massive theme park to show her a good time. But it’s not the first time the 30-year-old actor has pulled off the happiest place on earth as his location of choice for some romantic time. In the past, he’s also taken Blake Lively there (last October in fact) and Kat Dennings (way back in 2009). What a smoothie.
The whole Disneyland thing is clearly a tried and tested method for Ryan, who, sources say is very much attracted to Eva. The pair were also spotted taking a stroll through the infamous Griffith Park Observatory in LA this week, so they could get a peek of the Hollywood sign on the hills (we assume this was so they can remind themselves just how glamorous and exciting their home town and jobs are).
However, despite friends telling US Weekly that “there's always been a strong chemistry between [the pair]”, it seems it will take actor Ryan a bit longer to fully settle down with Hitch star Eva. In fact, while discussing his former flames Sandra Bullock and Rachel McAdams with The Times recently, he admitted, "I had two of the greatest girlfriend of all time. I haven't met anybody who could top them.” Oh.
Well, good luck Eva. Sounds like you’re going to need it, love. And not even Mickey Mouse can help you now.
