He has recently been spotted snuggling up to fellow Hollywood star Eva Mendes but, according to Ryan Gosling, his past famous girlfriends have been the best yet.
Ryan, who is starring Drive, dated Sandy for a year up until 2003 and then dated Hollywood hottie Rachel for two years up until 2007.
Gosling has said he is currently too focused on his career to date and says he hasn’t found anyone who could top the romance he had with his two previous loves.
"There's interest but I'm in a committed relationship with film. I'm giving as much to it as a marriage.
"I had two of the greatest girlfriends of all time. I haven't met anybody who could top them."
Though hunky Ryan has put a bit of a dampener on romance (despite romancing Eva!), he has said he’d love to have kids.
"I'd like to be making babies but I'm not, so I'm making movies. When someone comes along I don't think I'll be able to do both and I'm fine with that. I'll make movies until I make babies. I have no idea when the handover will happen."
