Mitch Winehouse doesn't blame Blake for Amy's death
Mitch Winehouse has spoken again about the tragic death of his daughter Amy Winehouse. This time he’s admitted that he doesn’t blame Amy’s ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil for her death,
“I blame him for a lot of things. He started her on the road to hard drugs. But her death was a horrible accident. It was her responsibility,” Mitch has told The Sun.
“She was told that if she detoxed without medical intervention, this whole thing could happen. He started her off on the road to drugs. But I don't blame him for her death."
Cab driver Mitch, who is now running the charitable foundation set up in Amy’s name, has said he’s like to see Blake donate some money to Amy’s charity, particularly if rumours about Blake writing a tell-all book are true,
"We have been criticised for not letting Blake and his parents be a part of it. But I'm not aware they have been in touch. He can't be part of the foundation, because we'd be a laughing stock. But if he wants to make a donation, we'll take it.
"Someone told me Blake was going to write a book. What's he going to do with the money? I hope he's going to put it into the foundation."
We really hope Blake will do the right thing, and donate to Amy's foundation.
