It could have been a contender for the wedding of year but sadly James ‘Arg’ Argent and Lydia Bright are not going get married on an episode of The Only Way Is Essex, they want to keep it private.
James said to The Sun: "Lydia won't let me propose on the show. The producers will tear their hair out if we were to get engaged off-screen, but it's Lydia's wish."
Even though we are sad that we won’t get to see this magical moment, we think it’s really sweet that Arg has already learned that the secret to a successful relationship. Doing exactly what the lady wants. Well done Arg.
