It’s a warning sign to all youngsters contemplating cosmetic surgery. The very gorgeous Denise Richards has admitted that she regrets getting a boob job at the age of 19.
The actress recently wrote an entry for her blog detailing why she opted for the operation, and how she believes it was big mistake, saying,
"At 19 when I first got my breasts done, I wish that I was confident enough with my body to not have had surgery. That is something that I really want to encourage in my daughters, to embrace their healthy body and have confidence...I actually feel more confident in my skin now than in my 20s. Being confident is one of the sexiest qualities a woman can exude."
Apart from her boob job, the star claims that she has never had any other cosmetic surgery, adding,
"That's all I've had done and all that I plan to do,"
