When you’ve got a body to die for, a cracking voice and have even starred in Hollywood movies (You’ve probably realised by now, we’re not talking about us), you might forgive us chocolate digestive scarfing, shower singers for feeling a tad jel.
However, life isn’t always rosy at the top. The very glam Jennifer Lopez broke down crying during her headline performance at the Mohegan Sun Arena last night. The singer had just finished belting out that 90’s classic If You Had My Love, and she told the audience it’d been the first song she wrote about love.
Rewind back about a decade, and you’ll find that Jenny from the block was dating notorious player/rapper P Diddy..or Puff Daddy, or just Diddy? We can’t keep up. The two had a on-off relationship spanning over 3 years, before Jen shacked up with backing dancer Chris Judd, who she later married. That is, until they divorced and she started seeing Ben Affleck (How could we forget Bennifer?!).
However, it would appear the reason J-Lo got all choked up could be due to her recent split from husband of 7 years, actor Marc Anthony. The singer is said to have fled the stage in tears during the emotional performance, in which backing dancers re-enacted her past relationships using lookalikes.
The singer needn't be sad for too long, as rumours are rife that she is dating the VERY hunky actor Bradley Cooper *swoon*. The pair have been spotted together out and about, but Jen claims she doesn’t want to comment on relationships until her next serious one, to protect her 3-year-old twins Emme and Max,
"As a mom, and having children, right now they're my first priority…And because of them, I wouldn't ever comment on anything until I'm in a serious relationship again…It would just be confusing for them and it would be unfair. And so at the end of the day, it's about them."
Well we hope Bradders could be the man who realises that her Love Don't Cost A Thing, though that'll just be another reason for us to be jealous of her.
