Congratulations are in order for Anne Hathaway – the One Day actress has just gotten engaged to her boyfriend Adam Shulman!
Congrats, Anne and Adam!
Anne, 29, has been dating fellow actor Adam for three years - but they took their time getting together as a couple. Anne has said previously said of the realtionship
“We hit it off immediately, but it took us a pretty long time to get together.” Anne admits that once they both became single, "things sped up a bit - and I think I'll leave it at that.”
Anne has also said of her husband-to-be, “Mellow doesn't always make for a good story, but it makes for a good life.”
And after the rough time Anne had with her ex, we can see why mellow is so appealing. Anne’s previous long-term relationship ended disastrously, when her boyfriend of four years Raffaello Follieri was arrested for fraud in mid-2008. In October the same year Follieri pled guilty to defrauding investors of millions of dollars in a scam that involved posing ad a real estate consultant for the Vatican.
