The former Oasis stars, Liam Gallagher, 39 and Noel Gallagher, 44 are set to go head-to-head in court as Liam sues Noel over claims he had missed the Oasis headlining performance at V festival in August 2009 due to having a “hangover”.
The brother’s mum, Peggy Gallagher - who lives in Burnage, Manchester, where the boys grew up – has said she is very upset by what is happening and wants them to stop.
Liam revealed in a radio interview that he had been diagnosed with laryngitis which meant he had to miss the performance, which bought an end to the feud… or so it seemed.

Noel then imposed a string of counter-claims against his brother, in November of that year, saying his “hangover” statement arose due to Liam’s “generally irresponsible and unreasonable behaviour”.
The papers state: "The claimant had a history over the years of not only throat problems and of pursuing such an incompatible lifestyle, but of treating Oasis fans and the defendant with disrespect by disrupting gigs, including walking off stage, assaulting them and generally acting irresponsibly."

It is reported that Noel left Oasis due to Liam’s behavior.
The Brothers are expected in court next summer.
The only advice we can give Noel is not to look back in anger...
