Ex-EastEnder and Activia ad person Martine McCutcheon attended the Spectacle Wearer of the Year 2011 awards last night and told heatworld how she’s embracing her curvier figure.
Speaking about staying fit and healthy, she told us: “I’m happy with the way I am. I always say you’ve got to be kind to your self and just love you who you are and not worry about weight. It’s more important to make sure you eat right and take exercise when you can but learn to love yourself, too.”
The actress, 34, has previously admitted that she fluctuates between a size 8 and a 14.
On dieting and exercise, she explained: “The trick is not to worry. Eat little and often and exercise when you can but don’t stress about it.”
Sounds like good advice to us.
