Kelly Brook’s boyfriend Thom Evans has dropped a bombshell – his mother doesn’t approve of his relationship with the one-time Playboy model enough for him to pop the question.
The former Scots rugby player said: “My mother says I have still got plenty of time to settle down and has advised me not to get married yet” There were whisperings that the couple were due to become engaged, but perhaps the age difference is something Thom’s mum, Sally, can't quite get over.Thom’s only 26, and the pair recently celebrated Kelly’s 32nd birthday (at The Ivy, of course).
"The thing is Kelly is six years older than me. I don't mind her being older.” He told the Daily Mail: "It's not a bad idea to have an older woman, because, as my mother says, women live a lot longer than men, so it makes sense. "So contrary to popular belief, we are not getting engaged or married." Seems as if Thom’s a bit too easily influenced by an older woman in his life (and we’re not talking about Kelly, just FYI).
In bed with another man
Kelly was also caught out recently, when comedian Leigh Francis tweeted a photo of the pair in bed together. Don’t worry, though, they were only filming scenes for Keith Lemon: The Movie. Kelly told her followers: “Honestly having the best time here in Belfast my cheeks hurt from laughing!!’ She added: “Spent most of the day being dry humped by Keith Lemon. After a while you just forget he’s there.”
