It was only recently we reported that Kanye West was all over the newly divorced Kim Kardashian. However, Kim has spoken out since splitting from basketball star Kris Humphries, and claims that she isn’t looking for anyone new.
The couple were married for just 72 days before filing for divorce, but we imagine it stung recently when Kris petitioned to have the marriage annulled on the grounds of fraud! It was widely speculated that the marriage was all a front so that the wealthy family could gain publicity, these rumours were further fuelled after the pair parted ways.
When asked how he has been since the split, NBA star Kris said he was purely concentrating on playing ball. It seems that Kim may still be cut up over the end of her marriage, as she tells US Weekly,
“I’m really thinking that 2011 was a lot of learning lessons. 2012, I’m just excited for the New Year and the new me…I believe in love…always…I’m not looking.”
The Kardashian family seem to be the Marmite of TV, you love them or you hate them. Still, we can’t help but feel bad for the seemingly sweet Kim who went on to say that she is guilty of being too idealistic about love and when it comes to the big L, she’s going to stop “living in a fairy tale”. Aww.
